FAQs
General FAQs
Why use these pen-and-paper notebooks instead of an app?
Apps are great but they can cause unwanted distractions both on the course and in the gym. Physically writing increases your awareness of your progress.
Also, you don’t need WiFi, battery, or a perfect phone signal to track your progress.
Are these journals reusable or refillable?
They aren’t refillable, but each one lasts a long time and is made to hold up through daily use.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
If you reach out quickly, we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once it’s out the door, we can still help you with returns.
Can I return a journal?
Yes. If it’s unused and in good condition, just get in touch and we’ll sort it for you.
Are the cover materials durable?
Yes, they’re built to last. The covers are hardback and sturdy, and so can handle being tossed in a gym bag or golf bag without falling apart.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Simply send us a photo and your order details — we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.
Can I buy in bulk?
Absolutely. Both the On-Course Golf Journal and the All-in-One Gym Logbook are perfect for coaches or personal trainers as an additional resource to their clients. They are also great for Pro Shops or to sell at the front desk in gyms. Drop us a message and we’ll sort you out with bulk pricing.

Will using this lead to slow play?
Not at all. It’s quick and easy to jot down your stats right after you finish a hole, while walking to the next hole, or when you are waiting your turn to hit a shot.
